Every year, in mid-December, we pause for a moment to collectively review the past months, discuss our most important achievements, and look ahead to the goals and challenges that await us in the coming year. 🚀
It’s also an opportunity for face-to-face conversations, sharing experiences, and building relationships outside of our daily duties.
