We are very busy at Base Group in 2019. In accordance with the plans of the Management Board, assuming long-term investments in new, future technologies, we have enriched our machinery with a new COSTA grinding and deburring machine.
The machine is equipped with a modern computerized programming system with various settings visualized on a touch screen. The new COSTA deburring machine stores up to 250 work programs.
Main characteristics of the machine:
– working width: 1150 mm
– standard thickness machined: 0.5-150 mm
– working table height: 750-900 mm
The main advantages of using a wide-belt grinding machine in production are: high repeatability of workpiece processing and reduction of dust in the working environment and reduction of noise. All this results in improvement of the production process at the company.
