Tightness testing – the complete tightness of our products can be confirmed using welding joint penetrant testing, helium and hydrogen detector testing, pressure drop method, as well as the bubble method with a foaming agent.
Load testing – used primarily for structures subject to significant loads
Pressure testing – used to verify the strength of welding joints and the base material
Test runs – confirm the proper operation of moving parts, including motors, bearings, conveyor belts and actuators
Bend testing – confirms the resistance of the welding joints and base material to bending forces
Surface preparation testing before the application of paint coatings – guarantee proper corrosion protection.
Surface roughness testing after glass bead blasting – guarantees meeting highest qulity requirements from pharmaceutical and food industries.
By conducting such tests, we expand our knowledge about the product, as well as the principles of its operation. This information is automatically used to enable improvements in future projects through Base Group’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) data processing system and WeldEye welding process monitoring and management system.
