On the 12 February 2016 Gala Evening of Pracodawcy Pomorza (Pomeranian Employers) took place, during which “Złoty Oxer ” prize was awarded. We are happy to announce that the “Złoty Oxer” was awarded to Barbara Sergot – Golędzinowska – CEO of Base Group.”Złoty Oxer” (Golden Oxer) has its roots in horse jumping competition. Double oxer is one of the most difficult horse jumping obstacle. Similarly in business Golden Oxer is an award dedicated to employers who have overcome difficulties in a classy way by offering quality. The award is handed over to owners, who have achieved their strategic goals with outstanding determination and stamina.
