How do children perceive their parents’ work?
To celebrate Children’s Day, we organized a unique art competition for the children of our employees under the theme “Base Through the Eyes of a Child.” It was an excellent opportunity to view our daily work from an entirely different perspective—one filled with imagination, lightness, and creativity.
Childlike imagination knows no limits
What does work look like through a child’s eyes? The submitted artworks provide the answer. The drawings featured many surprising elements—a pink helmet, welding a cat, original advertising slogans, as well as references to workplace safety.
Each piece demonstrated that children notice more than just duties—they also see emotions, atmosphere, and values that often go unnoticed by adults.
In line with the spirit of celebrating Children’s Day, the focus was on joy and participation—therefore all participants were awarded. Every artwork was unique and deserved recognition.
Creativity that inspires
The competition brought plenty of smiles and highlighted the importance of initiatives that engage employees’ families. It is not only a form of entertainment, but also a way to build relationships and foster a positive atmosphere around the workplace.
For clarity: despite the imaginative scenes appearing in the drawings, no cats are welded in our company. This is purely a result of children’s creativity.
