Base Group Sp. z o.o. implemented the project entitled “Increasing the competitiveness of Base Group Sp. z o.o. through investment in provided services”.
As a result of the project, the company has improved the quality and broadened the range of services it offers so that it is able to retain existing customers and attract new ones from the energy, rail and offshore sectors, for which orders require meeting high standards in terms of welded joints.
The main goal has been achieved by implementing specific objectives:
• the expansion of the machinery park with modern fixed assets necessary to expand the offer of welded joints services,
• the implementation of an IT-based welding process monitoring system.
The project will contribute to improving the Applicant’s position on the international market, as well as the economic development of the Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Base Group Sp. z o.o. is implementing a project called “Research and development work at the BASE Group company aimed at introducing ‘Smart Grid’ improvement solutions onto the international market”.
The project aims to commence the production of smart grid network components, primarily Gas-Insulated Switchgears. The investment project will improve BASE Group’s innovation and competitiveness through the implementation of research and development and commencing the production of new products for the international market. The products will be used in smart grid networks, significantly improving the flexibility, security and reliability of the energy supply. The main goal will be achieved by implementing specific objectives:
• expanding the equipment resources by adding 4 modern fixed assets necessary for the introduction of new products,
• capitalising on the results of R&D work by introducing an innovative product manufacturing technology.
The project will make it possible to commence the production of gas-insulated electrical switchgear tubes with significantly better quality parameters and a lower price. The technology developed includes proprietary solutions that provide a significant quality advantage for the new products developed.
The project will contribute to improving the Applicant’s position on the international market, as well as the economic development of the Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Base Group Sp. z o.o. is implementing a project entitled “Proprietary technology for the production of carbon steel frames for cable duct systems”, co-financed by the European Union under Priority I, Measure: SMART Pathway of the European Funds for a Modern Economy Programme, call no. FENG.01.01-IP.02-001/24.
The objective of the project is to implement the results of R&D work in the form of a proprietary technology for the production of carbon steel frames for cable duct systems. The new technology will enable increased productivity, repeatability, quality, and independence of the production process.
The project includes the following activities:
construction of a new production and warehouse facility,
purchase of modern technological line components necessary for the new production process,
purchase of equipment for the office and social areas intended for the technical support department.
The outcome of the project will be a proprietary production technology of carbon steel frames, leading to a significant increase in Base Group’s innovation and competitiveness on both domestic and international markets.
The target group of the project includes Base Group’s clients, particularly domestic and international manufacturers using advanced cable duct system solutions.
This investment will contribute to regional economic growth and strengthen Base Group’s position as an innovative technological partner in the European market.
