How do we support employee integration and strengthen the good atmosphere in the company at Base Group? 🤔
One way is to encourage physical activity and support all initiatives that are based on this activity. We know that sports competition also helps to integrate the team and build a good atmosphere, and also develops very important features and skills such as cooperation or striving to achieve a goal. 🚴♀️ 🤸♀️ 🏃♂️
How do we do it in practice? Among other things, by supporting participation in local sports events. Last month, two relay teams formed in Base Group took part in the Gdańsk Marathon. The great performance of our colleagues makes us proud! Congratulations on taking high places in the classification! 👏
In the meantime, our football team is already preparing for the starts, for which we are already keeping our fingers crossed! 💪 ✊
