We manufacture equipment and high-quality welded industrial structures. We carry out welding, but we also provide support for our clients’ design departments and undertake final equipment assembly, testing and trial runs.
While welding is the main service we offer, we can also support your design process. For our clients, we also perform final assembly, testing and trial run services. We manufacture customised carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum equipment on request. We ensure that the structures are used correctly and according to the design documentation. Additionally, we make sure that any manufactured equipment is compliant with the relevant standards. The project implementation process is accompanied by the supervision and control processes undertaken by a Quality Control Inspector and an International Welding Engineer. The inspection covers the valuation phase, selection of basic and additional materials, selection of welding personnel, selection of equipment, selection of manufacturing technology, ending with proper control of the finished product.

At the pre-production stage, we support the selection of manufacturing technology, prefabrication methods and process sequence in order to align the design with production conditions and site conditions. This reduces implementation risk and facilitates stable execution during fabrication, assembly and verification, especially where the construction includes heavy or light structural elements, or a required level of dimensional precision.
Our manufacturing processes are carried out in accordance with internationally recognised quality and welding standards. Base Group operates an integrated Quality and Environmental Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. The company also holds certification to PN-EN ISO 3834-2 for welding quality requirements, EN 15085-2 CL1 for welded components and load-bearing structures for railway vehicles, EN 1090-1, EN 1090-2 EXC3 for steel structures, and EN 1090-3 EXC3 for aluminium structures. These certifications confirm that production is executed under controlled conditions by qualified personnel, with proper supervision, process assurance and compliance with applicable technical standards for industrial execution.

We manufacture customised equipment and welded structures in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium, adapting each project to the customer’s technical documentation, operating conditions and end-use requirements. Our production processes are designed to ensure dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, traceability and repeatable quality, regardless of whether the product is used in industrial processing lines, on ships or other industrial applications.
Depending on the project, the manufacturing route may include cutting, machining, forming, welding, assembly and final inspection. The production process is configured to maintain required tolerances, welding quality and surface parameters appropriate for the intended industrial application, including cases where the weight, corrosion exposure, mechanical resistance and geometry of the product are significant. This is particularly relevant where steel is selected as the primary material due to its mechanical properties, fabrication flexibility and suitability for industrial use.
