MANUFACTURING OF Equipment

and high quality industrial metal and steel constructions

MANUFACTURER OF equipment AND WELDED STRUCTURES FOR INDUSTRY

We manufacture equipment and high-quality welded industrial structures. We carry out welding, but we also provide support for our clients’ design departments and undertake final equipment assembly, testing and trial runs.

While welding is the main service we offer, we can also support your design process. For our clients, we also perform final assembly, testing and trial run services. We manufacture customised carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum equipment on request. We ensure that the structures are used correctly and according to the design documentation. Additionally, we make sure that any manufactured equipment is compliant with the relevant standards. The project implementation process is accompanied by the supervision and control processes undertaken by a Quality Control Inspector and an International Welding Engineer. The inspection covers the valuation phase, selection of basic and additional materials, selection of welding personnel, selection of equipment, selection of manufacturing technology, ending with proper control of the finished product.

Manufacturing partner for welded steel structures and industrial equipment

Base Group is manufacturing partner for industrial equipment and high-quality welded steel structures, supporting our customers throughout the entire project lifecycle for industrial applications and used in industrial environments. Our organisation specialises in high-mix, low-volume production and delivers tailor-made solutions designed to meet demanding technical, operational and sector-specific requirements, including various types of steel structures used in demanding sectors. With over 35 years of experience, we combine manufacturing expertise with a practical understanding of our customers’ businesses and their role within complex supply chains, where factors such as efficiency, costs, site conditions and project details are always subject to technical review.

Engineering support from concept to execution

We support customers from the earliest stages of industrial equipment development by helping select the most effective technological and manufacturing solutions. This approach enables us to contribute not only as a fabricator, but also as a reliable engineering and production partner, based on practical manufacturing knowledge of steel, fabrication constraints and assembly requirements. Our scope of work includes cooperation with technical department, manufacturability-oriented input, final assembly, testing and trial runs, ensuring that each project moves efficiently from concept through fabrication to implementation.

At the pre-production stage, we support the selection of manufacturing technology, prefabrication methods and process sequence in order to align the design with production conditions and site conditions. This reduces implementation risk and facilitates stable execution during fabrication, assembly and verification, especially where the construction includes heavy or light structural elements, or a required level of dimensional precision.

Certified manufacturing and quality assurance

Our manufacturing processes are carried out in accordance with internationally recognised quality and welding standards. Base Group operates an integrated Quality and Environmental Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. The company also holds certification to PN-EN ISO 3834-2 for welding quality requirements, EN 15085-2 CL1 for welded components and load-bearing structures for railway vehicles, EN 1090-1, EN 1090-2 EXC3 for steel structures, and EN 1090-3 EXC3 for aluminium structures. These certifications confirm that production is executed under controlled conditions by qualified personnel, with proper supervision, process assurance and compliance with applicable technical standards for industrial execution.

Manufacturing in stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminium

We manufacture customised equipment and welded structures in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium, adapting each project to the customer’s technical documentation, operating conditions and end-use requirements. Our production processes are designed to ensure dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, traceability and repeatable quality, regardless of whether the product is used in industrial processing lines, on ships or other industrial applications.

Depending on the project, the manufacturing route may include cutting, machining, forming, welding, assembly and final inspection. The production process is configured to maintain required tolerances, welding quality and surface parameters appropriate for the intended industrial application, including cases where the weight, corrosion exposure, mechanical resistance and geometry of the product are significant. This is particularly relevant where steel is selected as the primary material due to its mechanical properties, fabrication flexibility and suitability for industrial use.

Solutions for demanding industrial sectors

We deliver equipment and welded structures for a wide range of industrial sectors, including energy, defence, environmental protection, maritime, food, rail, chemical and offshore applications. Projects executed for these sectors require adaptation to different operating loads, corrosion conditions, inspection requirements and end-customer specifications. Our production organisation is therefore structured to support technically differentiated orders without compromising control over welding, assembly and testing processes, whether they involve support equipment, structural frames, semi-finished products,or welded assemblies used in production systems, railway infrastructure or military applications. Such solutions are often the ideal choice where durability, process stability and long-term operating efficiency are required.
