Precisely cutting
Our company invested in a new CNC band saw – Amana Dynasaw-430. The machine allows to precisely cut profiles, rods, flat bars and tubes.
Thanks to using state-of-the-art machinery, Base Group can offer :

We are able to control straightforwardness of cutting. The control of the straightness of the cutting is provided by the computer integrated with the movable arm leading band. The computer constantly controls the work of cutting. If tolerances of cutting process are not held, the machine stops cutting.
