Spring is a time of events for pupils and students, as well as graduates. The Base Group team had the great pleasure of participating in two extremely interesting events, which we hope will become a permanent fixture in our calendars.
On April 8, we participated in the Talent Days job fair, which took place in several cities across Poland, including Gdańsk. It was a day of many conversations, meetings with interesting people, and, for some of the participants, an introduction to the recruitment process in our company.
On April 15, we had the honor of being among the sponsors of the Provincial Competition “Best in the Profession” at the Vocational Education Center No. 1 in Gdańsk. As part of the competition, the best in the professions were awarded: welder, mechanic and electrician. In addition to the competition, students had the opportunity to talk to employers about professional development and offers of internships and apprenticeships.
