At the beginning of July, four new interns joined Base Group as part of our summer internship program. Over the next three months, they will gain hands-on experience, learn about the specifics of working in different areas of the company, and develop their skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

In this year’s internship program, participants joined the following departments:
- Industrial Equipment and Structures Business Unit,
- Strategic Business Development Team,
- Quality Management System,
- Accounting Department.
The internship program enables young professionals to gain their first professional experience and learn how a modern organization operates from the inside. It is also an opportunity to develop practical skills and participate in projects carried out daily by our teams.
