Base Group, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility policy, has been supporting various local initiatives for years. The next step in the development of this activity is cooperation with the Inspiring Examples Foundation, which focuses on the development of business competencies of young people and provides them with a better start on the labour market. We are pleased to announce that Base Group has initiated support for the Alkantara Academy programme by funding a scholarship for 3 years of study for Jakub, who started his studies at the Gdańsk University of Technology this academic year – majoring in Electrical Engineering. 
This week, our scholarship holder had the opportunity to meet with the President of Base Group, Jakub Kaszuba, who actively supports the programme’s activities and keeps a close eye on young talent.
After the meeting, our scholarship holder had the opportunity to take a closer look at the functioning of the company and familiarise himself with the work of the various departments. Such meetings provide a unique opportunity to confront theoretical knowledge with practice in the company.
We keep our fingers crossed for Kuba and the further development of his career.
