We are involved in the community activities of our neighbours on both a local and regional scale. Our company initiates and supports actions aimed at building the local community and strengthening its social ties, as well as promoting civil society. We wish to have a real and positive impact on community development through sports, cultural, religious and educational activities.
Our goal is also to promote a healthy lifestyle and we want physical activity to be a vital part of the lives of both our employees and the local community. Since 1 August 2018, we have been the main sponsor of junior teams of the local sports club – Base Group Osiczanka Osice.
The club already boasts numerous sports achievements throughout Poland, including winning the Gedania Errea Cup in Gdańsk in February of 2020. At the request of our employees, a football team was set up in 2019; it took fourth place in the Cedry Wielkie Futsal tournament held in January.

In our daily business, we are guided by high ethical standards and strive to provide a safe and ergonomic workplace for our employees. In 2019, based on a decision of the District Competition Committee, Base Group ranked second among businesses employing between 51 and 250 people in the 26th edition of the “Employer – Safe Work Organiser” competition. The competition aims to reward and promote businesses that create safe and ergonomic workplaces. The Chief Labour Inspectorate decided that it will not only control businesses but also motivate them to improve working conditions. The competition organiser, i.e. the Chief Labour Inspectorate, evaluated compliance with labour law regulations and HSE rules, as well as system solutions concerning HSE management.
Our company strives to uphold the highest industry standards, which directly affect the natural environment. The company premises include a fruit orchard set up by the employees and the Base Group Management. The fruit harvested from the orchard is made available to employees and our contractors.
