For the implementation of projects of one of our main customers, the Manufacturing Process Automation department belonging to the company Base Smart System has completed work on a new assembly device. This is a huge step towards automation and autonomisation of manufacture in our company.
The main objective of the device is to standardise the manufacture of repetitive products and replace the manual bolt pressing process with an ergonomic solution. The tooling will allow to control the course and adjust the force and depth of tightening the nut, in repeatable conditions.
This is the first device designed and manufactured by our constructors from scratch, which makes this solution unique in the industry.
